Join us for the 2026 Spirit of Ireland Literary Dinner
AN EVENING ROOTED IN CULTURE, CONNECTION AND COMMUNITY
Join Irish Network Seattle for our annual Spirit of Ireland Dinner on October 22, 2026 as we celebrate the people, artistry and traditions that connect Ireland and the Pacific Northwest.
This year, we are proud to present the Spirit of Ireland Award to Mark Pigott, Executive Chairman of PACCAR and a dedicated champion of Irish culture and poetry.
The Spirit of Ireland Award recognizes an individual or organization whose service to our community reflects the character and values of the Irish diaspora. Through his leadership, generosity and longstanding support of Ireland’s literary tradition—including the Pigott Poetry Prize—Mark has helped elevate Irish voices and ensure that the country’s rich culture of storytelling continues to thrive. Read more in our announcement.
Throughout the evening, guests will experience poetry recited by a collection of distinguished voices, along with traditional Irish music performed by Seattle’s own Carrigaline Celtic Band all at Downtown Seattle's historic Rainier Club.
Together, we’ll share a meal, celebrate an exceptional honoree and experience the music and words that have carried the spirit of Ireland across generations and around the world.
Whether you were born in Ireland, claim Irish heritage or simply feel a connection to its culture, we invite you to join us for this special evening.
If you're a current Irish Network Seattle member, please look out for a separate email with a discount code.
Space is limited.
